**Rage Room Long Island Safety Policy**
 1. **General Rules**
- **Age Requirement**: Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 8-17 may participate with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
- **Waiver Agreement**: All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activities within the rage room. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved and releases the company from liability.
- **Alcohol and Drugs**: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from using the rage room. If staff suspect impairment, the participant will be asked to leave without a refund.
- **Clothing**: Participants must wear closed-toe shoes and the protective gear provided (helmet, gloves, safety glasses, etc.). Loose clothing is discouraged to prevent accidents.
- **Session Duration**: Each session is timed, with a standard duration of 20-30 minutes depending on the package purchased. Subject to availability.
2. **Safety Guidelines**
- **Equipment Usage**: Only the equipment provided by the rage room is allowed. Participants must use tools and objects responsibly and as instructed by staff.
- **No Physical Contact**: Participants are prohibited from physical contact with others in the rage room, including staff and other customers. Violations will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
- **Emergency Procedures**: In case of injury, participants must notify staff immediately. First aid kits are available, and staff are trained to handle minor injuries. For serious injuries, emergency services will be contacted.
- **Respect for Property**: Only items provided in the rage room are to be destroyed. Participants are responsible for any damage to the facility or unauthorized destruction of property.
 3. **Booking and Cancellation Policy**
- **Reservations**: Sessions should be booked in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
- **Party/Event Bookings**: For these sessions, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the session begins. Group bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy as individual bookings.
4. **Liability and Conduct**
- **Personal Responsibility**: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of rage room activities and agree to participate at their own risk.
- **Conduct**: Any form of aggression or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.
- **Property Damage**: Participants agree to cover the cost of any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow the rules.
5. **Privacy Policy**
- **Personal Information**: We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- **Surveillance**: For safety and security reasons, the rage room may be under video surveillance. Footage is stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
 6. **Refund Policy**
- **Refunds**: Refunds are only provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for sessions that are terminated due to a violation of the terms of service.
7. **Amendments**
- **Policy Changes**: Rage Room Long Island reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes prior to their session.
